Service
Aluminum extrusions for building and construction are manufactured by Fuji Metal, an aluminum extrusion producer. Eurotech, a Euro profile door and window systems, as well as a variety of door systems, are all developed and manufactured by a team of professionals.
Fuji Metal offers a production system that can accommodate a wide range of fabricator requirements both in the manufacture of various types of door and window systems, as well as the color coating for unique architectural designs.
Extrusion
For the manufacturing of aluminum extrusions, Fuji Metal has a modern production system, supporting production in compliance with the applicable designed products. Aluminum extrusion has the features of durability, strength, light weight, and corrosion resistance in various weather conditions and chemicals, whether conventional or special. Aluminium has an excellent thermal and electrical conductivity, reflecting light and heat well. Aluminium can be welded and easily to assemble. It can also apply various colors as needed. Aluminum may consequently be utilized in a range of industries, including as the automobile industry, building and construction, furniture etc. Fuji Metal makes use of cutting-edge gear that is computer-controlled and PLC-Control system. Maximum productivity and accuracy in quality during manufacturing. Throughout the production process, it includes an automated conveying system that protects and assures the superior quality of the aluminum exterior and inner surfaces throughout the manufacturing process.
Finishing
Fuji Metal can produce and make a wide range of anodized and powder-coated aluminum colors. Clients could choose whatever color scheme you like to meet your design requirements.
Anodising
The process of Anodizing involves changing the surface of aluminum electrochemically. This procedure results in a thinner oxide layer on the aluminum surface. This will protect the surface against corrosion caused by the elements. The more corrosion and scratch resistance there is in an aluminum film, the thicker it is. Many different colours of anodizing are available. The film thickness may be varied between 10 and 25 microns, depending on the application. Thai Industry Standards has approved Fuji Metal for anodizing standards TIS 218-2520.
Coating
Powder coating is a process of painting for aluminum surfaces that was developed with the environment, safety, economy, and ease of use in mind. Powder coatings are now available which are scratch resistant, UV resistant, fade resistant, have a glossy finish, and are available in a variety of colors. To powder coat, Fuji Metal utilizes an electrostatic method with constant control, allowing for uniform powder coating, which certified according to international standards such as AAMA 2603, AAMA 2604, and AAMA 2605.
